  1. Classification

  2. Use

  (3) Turn on the cooling water first, and then turn on the power, you are ready for welding, and the weldment should be placed between the electrodes.

  (4) Before welding, clean the weldment. There should be no dirt, oxide scale, etc. on the welding place, otherwise it will affect the quality and service life of the welding.

  (5) Welding parameters, such as welding current, should be determined according to the condition of the weldment. The higher the metal conductivity, the greater the welding current density, so the welding time should be shortened. This aspect also requires our attention and cannot be taken lightly.
